Making the front end of care easier

As patient care coordinator, my job is to make the experience around your visit as smooth as it should be: clear communication, less back and forth, and support that actually feels like support. I work closely with our clinical team to make sure what a patient needs, and what is going on in their life, gets factored into how their care is planned, not lost in the shuffle.

What I bring to it

My core values are empathy, integrity, and honesty. A line from Jen Sincero sticks with me: “The key to growth is acknowledging your fear of the unknown and jumping in anyway.”

What I love about working here is the team. We collaborate well, we finish projects that feel genuinely satisfying, and there is real support for learning and growing, not just doing the job.

Outside of Maxicare

You will usually find me with family and friends, checking out somewhere new, cooking or baking, drawing, gardening, or getting a workout in. I am also a sucker for a good Disney movie.
