Maxicare Physical Therapy & Wellness is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as a screen reader, rely on the keyboard alone, or need larger text or more contrast to read comfortably.

Conformance target

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Section 504 rule and commonly used to evaluate accessibility in ADA Title III matters.

Measures we have taken

• A full accessibility audit and remediation pass across every page of this site, covering document structure, images, forms, color contrast, keyboard operation and focus order, and motion.
• Every page can be read and its forms completed with the keyboard alone, and none of this site’s content depends on JavaScript loading successfully to be visible or usable.
• Automated testing (axe-core) against every page, alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader-style testing of the booking form, the benefits-check form and every accordion and menu on the site.
• This is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time fix. We review this site’s accessibility whenever we add or change a page, and periodically re-test it regardless.

Known limitations

This site embeds a live Google reviews widget, which we do not control the code of. It includes a text fallback (a direct link to our Google reviews) so the same information stays available if the embed itself does not load for you. If you find it, or anything else on this site, does not work well with your assistive technology, please contact us using the information below and we will do our best to help you directly and to fix the underlying issue.
