We check what changed since last time.
One-on-one, hands-on care with a licensed therapist, every visit. The core of everything we do.
What It Is
Physical therapy is the first thing worth trying for most muscle and joint problems, and it is the only one of these treatments that has to be delivered by a licensed physical therapist.
Your first visit is an evaluation, not a treatment off a template. We take your history, watch how you actually move, and test until we can tell you what is driving the pain and what is only reacting to it.
Then you get a plan with an endpoint. Four phases, named Pain, Prime, Perform and Prevent, each with a job and a way to know you have earned the next one.

Not in Illinois. You can be evaluated and treated here without a script from a physician. If your insurance plan happens to require one for reimbursement, we will tell you before your first visit and help you get it.
Most patients see a significant reduction in pain within six visits. A full plan runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform and Prevent, and you will always know which phase you are in and what is left. You get a plan with an endpoint, not an open-ended string of appointments.
Loose, comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring anything you already have about the problem: imaging, notes from your doctor, a list of what you have tried. If you have none of that, come anyway. The evaluation does not depend on it.
